Who We Are
Our website address is: https://1intra.co.uk
We only collect information about you if we have a reason to do so — for example, to communicate with you or to improve the website’s performance and user experience.
We collect this information from three sources: if and when you provide information to us, automatically through navigating our website, from outside sources, or after you have completed a transaction process or submitted a membership application. Let’s go over the information that we collect.
1) Information You Provide To Us
We collect information that you provide to us directly. Examples include:
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comment form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string, to help with spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (called a hash) may be shared with the Gravatar service to check whether you use it. You can view the Gravatar privacy policy at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture becomes publicly visible alongside it.
Contact Information
We may collect any personal information you choose to share with us — for example, your name, phone number, postal address, or email address — through our contact form or via a third-party messaging app such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or Messenger. If you contact us through the website or any messaging app, we keep a record of that correspondence.
Business Profile
Some pages on our site include questionnaires designed to collect additional information as part of building a customer or prospect profile. Answers are stored in a locally hosted CRM spreadsheet, allowing us to keep notes and track conversations. This is not an autoresponder — it’s simply a way for us to stay organised and keep track of our communications with customers and prospects.
Communications With Us (hi there!)
You may also provide us with information when you communicate with us — for example, asking support questions about our products or the business opportunity, signing up for a newsletter, or accessing a free download. When you contact us by form, email, phone, WordPress comment, or otherwise, we keep a record of that communication, including any call recordings where permitted by applicable law.
Media
If you upload images in website comments, please avoid images containing embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Anyone viewing the comments can download and extract that location data.
2) Information We Collect Automatically
Cookies & Other Technologies
A cookie is a small text file our website asks your browser to store on your device, allowing us to remember information about you — for our marketing efforts and to understand how you browse the site (for example, which pages you visit and how long you stay on each one).
More specifically, we use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Help you navigate the site
- Support login and commenting
- Analyse your time and activity on the site
- Support our promotional and marketing efforts (including behavioural advertising)
If you leave a comment, you may opt in to having your name, email address, and website saved in cookies. This is purely for your convenience, so you don’t need to re-enter your details next time you comment. These cookies last for one year.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to better understand how visitors use our website — including how often they visit, which pages they view, and which site referred them. Google uses this data to produce reports and may use it, across its own advertising network, to contextualise and personalise ads. Google’s use of this data is governed by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy.
You can opt out of each cookie category (except strictly necessary cookies) via our Website Cookie Notice.
Third-Party Service Providers
We may share your information with third-party vendors who perform tasks on our behalf. These include, for example, website analytics providers (such as Google Analytics), CRM service providers (such as Salesforce or Geniechat), and email service providers (such as MailPoet).
Google Fonts are hosted locally on our site. However, embedded YouTube videos may load fonts directly from Google, which can require additional consent.
Embedded Content From Other Websites
Blog articles on this site may include embedded content (such as videos, images, or articles from other sites). This embedded content behaves exactly as if you had visited the source website directly.
These third-party sites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed their own tracking, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content — including tracking that interaction if you’re logged into an account on that site.
Location Information
We may determine the approximate location of your device from your IP address. We use this information for purposes such as understanding how many visitors to our website come from particular geographic regions.
We are not privy to any location, IP, or website activity data collected by Lifestyles when you visit https://myintrasite.com/1intra.
Usage Information
We collect information about how you use our website, using tools such as Google Analytics and WPStatistics. This includes technical details like your device’s IP address, pages visited, time on page, referring website, whether you’re a new or returning visitor, on-site searches, outbound clicks, and exit pages — along with general device information such as screen size and device manufacturer.
We use this information to provide a smoother browsing experience, understand how people use our site so we can improve it, and monitor the effectiveness of our marketing.
3) Information We Collect From Other Sources
Transactional Information
When you make a purchase through our official Lifestyles Independent Distributor store (https://myintrasite.com/1intra), or arrive at the Lifestyles e-commerce store via a different portal link carrying our Sponsor ID (41856249), you’re entering the same Lifestyles cart system either way. Lifestyles collects your personal contact information and transaction details — such as product purchased, purchase price, and the date and location of the transaction.
We are not privy to any sensitive payment data, such as banking or card details, tax ID or other identifier. That information is collected and encrypted directly by Lifestyles during checkout or during the application process to become a Preferred Customer or Distributor.
However, your contact information and details about your product purchase and/or membership are made available to us by Lifestyles, through our Lifestyles Personal Business Center (PBC) back office. We operate under, and adhere to, the Lifestyles Independent Distributor Policies and Terms of Service.
4) How We Use, Share & Protect Your Data
Who Do We Share Your Data With?
We do not rent or sell your personal information to anyone. If you request a password reset in order to log in and comment, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How Long Do We Retain Your Data?
If you leave a comment, that comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely, so we can recognise and automatically approve any follow-up comments rather than holding them in a moderation queue.
For anyone who completes our contact forms or questionnaires or sends us personal information via a chat app such as WhatsApp, we retain that information for as long as the enquiry is active and for a limited period afterward. Comment authors can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (though usernames cannot be changed); site administrators can also view, edit, or delete this information.
What Rights Do You Have Over Your Data?
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request an exported copy of the personal data we hold about you — including any data you’ve provided to us directly. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you, except where we’re required to retain it for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where Do We Send Your Data?
Visitor comments may be checked by a third-party automated spam detection service.
Opting Out of Marketing Communications
You can opt out of promotional communications from us at any time — just follow the instructions included in those communications, or let us know directly. Even after opting out, you may still receive non-promotional communications, such as those related to your account.
Security
No online service is ever 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information against unauthorised access, use, alteration, or destruction, and we monitor our services for potential vulnerabilities and attacks.
